Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy, they will then be put into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to fulfill your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard and Switch.

Payments
Transactions are carried out in UK pounds sterling only. If you are shopping from outside the UK, Payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. They may charge for this service.

Tax
Pricing on all items include UK VAT at 17.5%.

Credit card security
Credit card transactions are carried out by World Pay using a 128 bit encrypted secure sever ensuring all details are securely encrypted before transmission over the Internet. This means that shopping online with us is not only convenient, but also safe and secure.

*Delivery Policy
Orders received and authorised by 12 Noon will be processed and dispatched the same day. The goods are dispatched using INTERLINK Express courier service OR Royal Mail NextDay service, which guarantees delivery before 5pm the next working day.
Orders received after 12 Noon will be dispatched the next working day.
All consignments must be signed for upon receipt. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email offering an alternative product or a full refund. We will try and order in additional stock for any item that runs out of stock (delays in delivery times will incur). For undelivered items returned to us, postage costs of £6.50 per item ordered/despatched still apply. There will also an admin charge of £6.00 per order.
*Note: Small items and accessories and Sale items will be shipped by Royal Mail 2ndClass Recorded delivery.

Returns Policy
Within 7 days of your purchase we guarantee to exchange the goods or refund your money. Our no quibble 7 day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, just return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we will issue a refund. There is a handling charge applicable on returns of £6.50 per item ordered/shipped. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the original tags removed. For exchanged items postage and packaging costs of £6.50 per item exchanged/shipped will apply. For all items returned, the return postage costs incurred are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When returning goods, please include the following:-
  - The reason for return
  - The date purchased
  - The original receipt of order
  - A PostalOrder of £6.50 per item exchanged (if applicable)

Please ensure you wrap the package securely and that the original shoe box is undamaged!. For your protection, we recommend that you should send your package by royal mail recorded special delivery as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post.

Force majeure
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligation if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the forgoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:

  - Act of god explosion flood tempest fire or accident
  - War or threat of sabotage insurrection civil disturbance or requisition
  - Acts restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the
     part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority
  - Strikes lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving
     employees of us or a third party

General
If any provision of this agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
